Brigitte – Gender Pay Gap
The economy is booming, the business-world needs skilled workers, diversity is the trend word of the hour. A good time to clean up with the discrimination of women especially in this professional context. Brigitte magazine reveals six strategies for women to be fairly paid. I was asked to illustrate these strategies. Additionally I did some infographics showing the most up-to-date statistics on the topic. It is pretty clear that women still get less payed than men and we still have a lot to do.
